Philosophie

In verschiedenen Projekten teilt er diese Leidenschaft für das Mountainbiken mit anderen Menschen und will auch sie begeistern. Ganz nach dem Motto „Von Bikern für Biker“ helfen er und sein Team dabei, Menschen den Zugang zum Radsport zu erleichtern. Dank langjähriger Erfahrung aus der Praxis werden zum Beispiel Fahrtechnik-Kurse und geführte Touren angeboten. In der Fahrtechnikschule führen die Jungs und Mädels von Radkonzept regelmäßig Kurse durch, die unterschiedliche Leistungsniveaus vom Anfänger bis zum Profi abdecken. Für Kinder gibt es ein extra Angebot. Von Bikern, für Biker…

Die Motivation und der Ehrgeiz der in Alex entfacht, sobald er auf einem Fahrrad sitzt, sind enorm. Der Einstieg in den Radsport begann für ihn 2001 mit dem BMX-Rad, mit dem er 2005 in Köln seinen ersten großen Wettbewerb gewann. Nach einigen Erfolgen aber auch Verletzungen ist Alex 2007 auf das MTB umgestiegen. Auch in der für ihn neuen „Downhill“-Disziplin zeichnete sich schnell ab, dass er das Zeug hat, um vorne mitzufahren. 2008 erhielt er von seinem Sponsor ein Dirtbike, um im Winter in einer Skatehalle trainieren zu können. In dieser Zeit merkte er schnell, wieviel Spaß ihm das tricksen noch macht. 2009 konnte er bereits an den ersten Wettbewerben teilnehmen und wechselte noch in dieser Saison in die Profiklasse. In den Jahren 2010-2014 zählte Alex in dieser Disziplin zu den Top 5 aus Deutschland. Von 2009-2015 ist Alex vorwiegend Dirtbike gefahren, hat aber auch im Downhill und Enduro gute Ergebnisse erzielt. Leider musste er seine Karriere im Dirtbikefahren 2015 aufgrund einer schweren Knieverletzung beenden. Aktuell fährt er immer noch erfolgreich Downhill und Enduro Rennen in der Lizenzklasse. Alex hat es geschafft in mehreren Disziplinen große Erfolge zu feiern, ist von vielen namenhaften Firmen gesponsert wurden, hat Bikeprodukte getestet und mitentwickelt. Das Highlight ist sein Signature-Rahmen bei Zonenschein.

Fahrtechnikschule…

Nach erfolgreich abgeschlossener Berufsausbildung zum KFZ Mechatroniker und dem Fachabitur verschlug es den Eisenacher Alex Teschner 2011 erst einmal in die Berge des Allgäu. Dort arbeitete er als Metallbauer bei der Firma Schneestern, welche Hindernisse für Snowparks herstellte und im Bereich Actionsport der europäische Marktführer ist. 2012 hat Alex die Firma Trailxperience kennengelernt und dort angefangen Fahrtechnikkurse zu geben. Trailxperience zählt in Deutschland zu den größten Unternehmen im Bereich MTB Dienstleistungen. Nach den ersten Kursen wurde Alex klar, dass es ihm sehr viel Spaß macht, sein Können in Fahrtechnikkursen weiter zu geben. Deshalb durchlief er die Ausbildungen der DIMB und darf sich geprüfter Trailscout, Fahrtechniktrainer 1 und Fahrtechniktrainer 2 nennen. Weitere Erfahrungen sammelte er im Streckenbau (Trails, Pumptracks) und auch als leitender Trainer in Livigno, Latsch und im Allgäu. Seit 2015 ist er wieder in Eisenach und gibt Fahrtechnikkurse, hat ein Fahrtechnikzentrum in zusammenarbeit mit Trailxperience gebaut und veranstaltet das MTB Festival in Eisenach.
